What is a microcamper?

A Microcamper is a small van or family car that is converted into a small campervan. We prefer the Volkswagen Caddy Maxi as a base vehicle for these conversions although you are welcome to contact us if you have something similar!

What do we offer?

At Wilderness Wheels we now have a complete microcamper conversion based on a Volkswagen Caddy Maxi (2014 and younger). You bring us the car (or we help you find one) and we will convert your van:

• insulation in walls, ceiling and floor.

• Finish all the walls and the door panels in filtmatta (4 colour choices)

• Install handy door organizers

• Install a campervan window in the sliding door (including shades and bug net)

• Install a camperbox designed for the Caddy Maxi. This box includes:
  - a big drawer in the back that houses a 2 burner stove and storage
  - a jerrycan for drinking water
  - a table for 2 OR a slide-out table at the back of the car
  - a custom made mattress (10cm thick) that creates a 115×200cm bed

• A powerstation to power your electrical devices (think: phone charger, camera charger, chargeable lights or even a cool box)
